We collect only the information necessary to provide educational services, maintain learner records, process enrolments, communicate updates, improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations. Personal information is protected using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
The monthly subscription fee is ₹3000 (inclusive of GST). Cancellation requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase and before the 31st day of the purchase month. Eligible approved cancellations receive a fixed refund of ₹892. Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days.
Life Skill Global LLP delivers only digital educational services. Access is generally activated within 24 hours after successful payment, and may take up to three working days in exceptional cases. No physical products are shipped and no shipping charges apply.
