Life Skill Global LLP is committed to providing high-quality educational programmes and transparent business practices. Before purchasing any course, programme, subscription or academy membership, learners are encouraged to review this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully.

By completing payment for any service, the learner confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this policy.

Important Notice

Because most of our educational services involve immediate access to digital learning materials, live sessions or online resources, refunds may be restricted once access has been granted.

Cancellation Requests

Learners wishing to cancel an enrolment should submit a written cancellation request using the official contact details published by Life Skill Global LLP.

Cancellation requests should include sufficient information to identify the learner and the enrolled programme.

  • Registered learner's full name.
  • Registered email address.
  • Mobile number.
  • Course or programme name.
  • Reason for cancellation (optional where permitted).

Cancellation requests are processed only after verification of the submitted information.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends upon the nature of the purchased service, the stage of programme delivery and whether digital content has already been accessed.

Refund requests may be considered only where permitted under the applicable policy, legal requirements or specific written commitments made by Life Skill Global LLP.

  • Requests submitted within the permitted period (if applicable).
  • Duplicate or accidental payments.
  • Technical payment failures resulting in multiple charges.
  • Services that cannot reasonably be delivered by the Company.
Refunds may not be available when:
  • Course access has already been activated.
  • Learning materials have been downloaded.
  • Live sessions have already commenced.
  • Certificates have been issued.
  • The learner violates the Terms & Conditions.

Refund Process

Where a refund request is approved by Life Skill Global LLP, the refund shall be processed using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The Company may request additional information or supporting documents before initiating the refund process.

  • Verification of learner identity.
  • Verification of payment transaction.
  • Review of course access history.
  • Confirmation of refund eligibility.
  • Approval by the authorised support team.
Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days. However, the actual credit may depend upon the processing time of the respective bank, payment gateway or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by Life Skill Global LLP, the following services are generally non-refundable.

  • Digital learning resources already delivered.
  • Recorded video libraries.
  • Downloaded worksheets or course materials.
  • Completed mentoring or coaching sessions.
  • Assessment fees already utilised.
  • Certification charges after certificate issuance.
  • Administrative or registration fees where applicable.

Accessing digital content is considered acceptance of the service delivered.

Duplicate Payments

If a learner is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical issue, duplicate payment or payment gateway error, Life Skill Global LLP will review the transaction and process the excess amount after verification.

Learners should promptly report duplicate payments along with the relevant payment reference, transaction ID or receipt to our support team.

Programme Changes

Life Skill Global LLP reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, faculty, technology platforms or delivery methods in order to improve educational quality or meet operational requirements.

Such changes shall not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund unless specifically stated otherwise by the Company.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances shall be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of Life Skill Global LLP.

Supporting documentation may be requested before any decision is made.
