While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, the Company does not guarantee that every online session, website feature, mobile application, or digital platform will always remain available without interruption.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, cybersecurity measures, internet service disruptions, cloud infrastructure issues, technical failures, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
Temporary downtime or maintenance periods shall not be considered a deficiency in service and shall not create any right to compensation, refund or damages.

Each learner is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials including passwords, One-Time Passwords (OTP), authentication codes and any other security information associated with the registered User ID.
Every User ID issued by Life Skill Global LLP is personal, non-transferable and intended only for the registered learner. Sharing accounts or providing access to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Every learner is expected to maintain a respectful, professional and ethical learning environment while participating in any programme offered by Life Skill Global LLP.
